Age Concern South Lakeland runs five day care centres. There are 10 sessions providing 118 places each week for 50 weeks of the year. Most places are for people referred by social workers, but there are places available that can be privately booked.

• Ambleside: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
• Arnside: Tuesday and Friday
• Coniston: Thursday
• Grange: Tuesday and Friday
• Barbon: Monday
